Growing up I perceived the relentless effort the evil components of society labor to offset and entrap our youth. I witnessed student after student lose their direction in life due to drugs, crime, negative individuals, uncaring adults and neglectful parents. So I decided to portray exactly what I wanted to see in society; hope, change and progress. T.E.A.M is more than our teams of sophisticated personnel and innovative programs; we are HOPE. A hope for enough change to satisfy tomorrow. A hope that formulates sections of society into efficient machines perpetuating resources and services for generations to come. 

....Having worked with kids/adults from all walks of life from at-risk to special needs, whether it be in an athletic program, educational institution or extracurricular setting, I knew that working with the youth was my calling. I have worked in school districts and non-profit organizations from Kansas City, Missouri, Denver Colorado and Dallas Texas and I enjoy every moment that is spent giving my HEART to these individuals and their families. I wouldn't change anything about it. So, how do we achieve our goal? We work each day to serve as positive role models, strong foundations and open hearts so that each child we interact with can believe in the potential stored deep inside their inning being.
