The goal of T.E.A.M is to reachout to individuals with challenges and reconnect them with their community and their peers. We work with young teens and early adults from adverse and diverse backgrounds. We also help those struggling with behavior issues that need special guidance to handle fundamental or developmental obstacles.
T.E.A.M is involved in various social scenes and settings (such as Bowling, Movie Theaters, Parks and Community Events) to expose clients to new exciting experiences. We aim to build positive relationships with others and improve and polish basic social and communication skills.

Established in 2012 ,T.E.A.M is an organization created to engage, and empower disadvantaged youth to experience new adventures, meet new people and progress socially, academically and educationally. We offer outreach, mentoring and recreation for at-risk and special needs youth and young adults. T.E.A.M also works on building both social and communication skills, while experiencing various learning settings and innovative experiences through educational opportunities.
